As you can imagine, cross-training is very appealing to employees and employers alike. A business should think of cross-training as contingency plan to accommodate unplanned happenings; when utilized correctly, it will help a business run more smoothly in the case of an absence. The employees themselves should view cross-training as opportunities to become more valuable in their career and their company.

Diversity is an ever-growing and crucial element in today's economical world. Globalization has influenced the interaction between the people, companies, and governments of different nations. It's apparent that the United States and its workforce are both becoming more diverse; times are changing, there is a considerable increase in people of color, women, LGBT individuals, etc. that make a contribution to the communities that we are apart of.
